Delivery & Dispatch

Same Day Dispatch
Once the customer order is complete and the payment has been processed, customers are given the option of same day dispatch if their orders are made on working days: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST Monday - Friday. If an order is submitted after 4:00 PM EST Monday - Friday, the request will be dispatched on the following working day (excluding holiday).

USA Delivery
We offer UPS Ground Delivery Service , UPS Second Day and UPS Next Day Service. The map below shows how quickly UPS Ground Service will deliver a package (in business days) from our location to the rest of the United States. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

UK and Mainland Delivery
All Deliveries within the UK and Mainland should take no longer than one day, after dispatch, to be delivered. Occasionally, for reasons beyond our control, there could be a delay of one to two days. We also have a guaranteed next day delivery service for an extra charge. please vist www.soufflon.co.uk to make any orders.

Deliveries To Europe
Orders are airmailed to Europe, and should take approximately 3 days to be delivered from the day of dispatch. Next day delivery is available, but the customer must contact us via email to get the quote and request that service. Unfortunately, because of the delicate nature of our product we can not deliver to warm countries because the chocolate will melt before delivery.


Deliveries To Rest Of The World
We deliver to most of the world and can take anything from 3 to 5 days depending on the recipient's location. Next day delivery is available, but the customer must contact us via email to get the quote and request that service. Unfortunately, because of the delicate nature of our product we can not deliver to warm countries.
